It has two apparently frec hands, placed intl center of a doublé pane, thu two liwtí oí glass composing which are lield in (o ornamental frame. The elock is operated by concealed mechanism in the fíame, wnich once a 'minute causes a sliglitani nearly invisible motion of oue of the glasses. Thi causes the movement oí the minuto luim!, nnl a rnimite JIMBUg concealed in the pivot of the lattet uctuates the hour hand.
