At a session of the Probate Court í'or the County of Waahtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor, on Saturday, the tweuty-eighth day of April, in the year one thousand eight hundred and aeventy-seven. Present Williain D. Harriman, Judge of Probate- In the matter of the estáte of Patrick Hughes, deceased. On reading and flling the petition, duly veiified, of Alice Hughes, praying that a certain instrument now on fiüe in thia court, purporting to be the last will and testament of said deceased, may be admitted to probate, and that John Hughes, or some other suitable person, may be appointed adimnistrator with the will annexed oí the estáte of the said deeeased.
