The 17th annual convention of the Michigan State Sabbath-school Association will begin in the Presbyterian Church at Ypsilanti, Monday evening, June 11, and will continue two days. The Teaching of Sound Doctrine and its Relation to theReligious Life- the Kev. Moses Sraith, of Jackson. Method of Preparation fór teaching the Les8on- the Rev. L. O. Lee, of Owosso. Normal Class Training for Teachers- the Rev. J. A. Wright, D. D„ of Bay City. The Preparation of the Heart- the Rev. J. T. Hildreth, of Grand Rapids. TUESDAY AFIBBNOON. Illustrative Teaching the Rev, Z. Grenell, of Bay City. Attention, Discipline, Question- the Rev. J. Homer Parker, of Bay City ; the Rev. O. F. A. Spinning, of Grass Lake. Provisión is made for geueral discuasion of the several topics atter the reading of the papers by the persous above designated. The following railroads will carry delegates to the conveution at reduced rates : Michigan Central, Detroit, Lansing & Northern, Detroit & Hillsdale, Flint & Pere Marquette, and the Grand Rapids & Indiana. It will be necessary, however, for delegates to present to the station agent where they reside certificates of their appointment, Bigued by the superintendent or secretary of the Sunday School to which they beloug.
