A Curious Will Case
A vei-y siugular will case was brought ío the attention of the Probate Gourt tolay. A inan died leaving his property one-tliird to bis wife, one-third to his cliild and the othor third to a child then mborn. Tlie unborn party proved to be ;wius, and tlie execntor is sorely perflex'ed as to whether lie shall divide tbe ■hird, giving eaoh oí the twius one-sixth oí' thc estáte, or whctber he shoiild carry out the testntor's purpose to serve all the cbildren alike by giving them and the widow eachone-fourth, cr whether, again, be shall give the widow her third and divide the other two-thirds among tbe tbree children. The case being wholly without precedent in tbis State, the court gave the executor no advice, and the connndruin is to be in gome way brought bef ore the Supreme Oourt.-
