On reading and filing the petition, duly verifled, of John Clanoy, praying that he may be appointed administrator with the will annexed, and trustee of the estáte of the said deceased. DEFAULT having been made in the conditions of a certain mortgage, wheiein the power to aell tberein eontained has become operative, executed by William Folie? and Catharine Fohey , hú wife, both of the city of Ann Arbor, Michigan, to Hanuah M. Stilea, of the same place, and datad the tifth day of April, A.
