At a session of the Probate Court for the County ot Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor, on Thursday, the fifth day of July, intheycar ne thousand eight hundred and seventy-seven, Present, the Hon. William D. Hairiman, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Julia Murray, deceased. On reading and filing the petition, duly verifled, of John Clanoy, praying that he may be appointed administrator with the will annexed, and trustee of the estáte of the said deceased. Thereupon itisordered, that Monday, the Ihirtieth day of July, instant, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition, and that the deviseea and heirs at law of said deceased, and all othor parsons interested in said estáte, are required toappear at & session of said court, then to be holden at the Probate Oifiee in the city of Ann Arbor, and show cause, if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted : And it is further ordered, that said petitioner give noticc to the persons interested in said estáte, of the pendency of eaid petition, and the hearing thereof, by causing a oopy ol this order to be published in the Michigan Anota, a ncwspaper printed and circulated in said county, three succesaive weeks previous to said day oí hearing. On reading and filing the petition, duly verified, of Ione Congdon, praying that Orrin Thateher or some other suitable person may be appointed administratór of the estáte of said deceased. At a session of the Probate Court for the county of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office, in the city of Ann Arbor, on Thursday, the twenty-first day of June, in the year one thousaud eight hundred and seventy-seven. Present, Williatn D. Harriman, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Franklin Fay, minor. On reading and filing the petition, duly verified, of M. F. Guiuan, guardián, praying that he may be licensed to sell certain real estáte belonging to said minor. Thereupon it is ordered, that Saturday, the twenty-eighth day of July next,atteno'cloekintheforenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition, and that the next of kin of said minor, and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said court, then to be holden at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor, and show cause, if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted. DEFAULT having been made in the conditions of a certain mortgage, wheiein the power to aell tberein eontained has become operative, executed by William Folie? and Catharine Fohey , hú wife, both of the city of Ann Arbor, Michigan, to Hanuah M. Stilea, of the same place, and datad the tifth day of April, A. D. 1873, and recorded iu the office oi the Register of Deeds for the County of "Washtenaw and State of Michigan, in liber 49 of mortgagea, on page 379, upon whieh mortgage and the note accompanying the same there ia claimed to be due at thedate of thia notice, the sum of thirteen hnndred and thirty-three 33-100 dollars as priniipal, and one hundred and fifty-flve dollars aa interest ; alao the sum. of six hundred and sixty-aix 66-100 dollars to become due on subsequent payments ; also an attorney fee of forty dollars, provided for in said mortgage : And no suit or proceedings at law or in efcaneery having been inatituted to recover the same or any part thereof : Notice is heieby given that on Saturday,the 29th day of September, A.D. 1377, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon of that day, at the south door of the Court House in the city of Ann Arbor (that being the building where the Circuit Court for the County of Waahtenaw is held), I will sell at public aurtion, to the higheat bidder, the premises described in said mortgage, or ao much thereof as may be neeessary to satiefy said amount, with ten per cent. interest and all legal costa and expenses, together with said attorney 's fee, said premises being described as followa : All those certain pieces or pareéis of land sitúate and being in the city of Ann Arbor, in the County of Washtenaw and State of Michigan, and described aa followa, to wit : Beiugall that part of lot number one and the west half of lot number eight in block number four north of Huron atreet, in range number six east, which lies eaat of Detroit street, saidparcel being bouuded west by Detroit street, south by North street, east by Mary H. Clark's lote, and north by the landa of the DeForest estáte, excepting a parcel of land heretofore sold by Abigail C. Goodspeed to David DeForest, described as follows : Commencing in the north line of said lot No. eight, and in the southeasterly line of Detroit street, and running then:e aouthwesterly on the easterly line of Detroit atreet five feet; thence Boutheasterly at right anglea with Detroit atreet flfty feet from the southeaat line of Detroit street ; thence northeasterly parallel to Detroit street to the southerly line of the parcel of land recently fenced off by eaid DeForest from the northeast corner of the weat half of said lot; thence east along aaid fence aa it now standa to said east line of the weat half of said lot number eight; thence north to the north line of said lot number eight; thence west to the place of beginning. D. 1877, in a caube therein pending, wherein Caroline Buchoz ia complainant, and All'red J. Buchoz, Erneatine C. Bour, Lucy "W. S. Morgan, Albert H. Pattengill, and Alfred J. Buchoz, adminiatrator of Louis R. Buchoz, deceased, are defendants, aa modiüed and amended by an order of the Supreme Court of the State of Michigan, made the thirteenth day ot' June, A. D, 1877 : Notice is hereby given that 1 Bhall sell at publio auction or vendue, to the highent bidder, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, on the elkventh day ofAugust next, at the south door oí the Couit House, in the city of Ann Arbor in said county and State, the following described lands, viz : The north eight feet in width cf lot number two, and the south thirty-four feet in width of lot number three in block number three north iu range number aix east, in the city of Ann Arbor in said county and State, excepting and reaerving the eaat two rods in width of said land, and including the brick dwelling house and brick barn on said lands, and being forty-two feet in front and extending east of the aame width fourteen roda, with the privilege of a right of way and oí passing and repassing from Detroit atreet to the eaat end of saii land, over and along euch alley or Eaaaage way as may be provided for that purpose, closing immediately after paBsing, and keeping closed such gales a may be placed in it, and not obstrueting the alley. The paroel first described, with the right of way privileges and appurtenanoea thereunto belouging, will be ñrst otfered for sale, and if the conditioua of aaid doeree ae amended and modifled are oomplied with, will be sold separately, but if aaid conditiona are not complied with the whole premisea will be aold aa one parcei. In the matter of the estáte of William Burkhart, deceaaed : Notice is hereby given, that in pursuance of au order granted to the undersigned, ad ministra tor with the wil! annexed of the estáte of said deceased, by the Hon. Judge of Probate for the Couuty of Washtenaw, on the seventh day of July, A. D. 1877, there will be sold at public vendue, to the highest bidder, at the south door of the Court House, in the city of Ann Arbor, iu the County of Washtenaw, in said State, on Wednesday, the fifth day of September, A.
