Such a collection was never btfore brought together. Ninetcen sperimens wcre sent from the CambriOge TJniversity Libriu-y aud eighteen bj the Duke of Devonsliire, wliile the BoJlfiaB Sion College, the Archbishop of Cantebury, Earl Beauchamp, the Míirquisof Ailesbury, Eton College, and tbe Earl of Leicester are contributors of smullir numbers.
