Freight charges from point of shipment to Jackson must be prepaid. Ou return of tlie freight, if shipped from Jackson on or before September 30th, it will be billed free to original poiut of shipment, where charges prepaid at time of shipment will be refunded on presentation of the certifícate of the Secretary of the State Fair that tho prpperty has been on exhibition and has not changed ownership. In the event of a change of ownership, freight charges both ways will be collected. Charges of other roads will not bo advanced by this Compauy on property for exhibitiou at the State Fair. J. Q. A.
