- H. E Ash was the principal speaker at the meeting of the Reform Club on Sunday afternoon last. A few remarks wa3 made by other meinbers. Neit Sunday atternoon R. E Frazer, Esq., will address the Club. - R. E. Frazer, E3q., of this eity, addressed the Chelsea Reform Club on Sunday eveniug last, aud had a larga audienoe. Bob says he didu't feel exactly at home in the pulpit. Speaking in churoh has uot been his " best holt." - Dr. R. B. Gates is president of the Chelsea Reform Club. - R. E. Frazer, Esq., goes to Greenville, Montcalm County, to address a Reform Club on Sunday evening, Sept. 9. - Mayor Cramer addressed the Saline Red Ribbou Club on Sunday evening last, Aug. 26. - The Reform Club of Albion came to this city yesterday about 750 strong. Uwmg to ome misunderstandmg or bad management coaches enough were not furnished and movement of the train was dulayed until 10 1-2 doek, was delayed au hour tit Jackson, and reached hete at 2 o'clock p. m. Going to the Opera Huuse they spread thejr lunch in the rooms of the Reform Club, the members of the Club aud ladies of our city serviug out hot coiïee free. After lunch the excursionists visited the Umversity museums, library, etc., and left for homo at 7 o'clock p. m., well-pleased with their day of ratioual enjoyment.
