WELLMAN- In Freedom, August 2fi, Julia, wife of Manasseth B. Wellman, aged 73 yeara and 1 raonth. Mrs. Wellman was born near Rome, in Central New York, in 1804. In 1817 she accompanied her parents, who emigrated to Murray, on the southern shore of Lake Ontario, In 181Ï0 she was married, and in 1833, with her husband, emigrated to Michigan, where she has since resided, having been a resident of the township in which she died forty-four years. She leaves a husband, a daughtert and many friends to mourn her loss. She was an aftectionate wife and mother, a true friend, and her death leaves a void which cannot be filled. She died at peace with all, and we may say of her in the bcautiful Unes of Mrs. Ilemans : Calm on the bosom of thyGod, Fair spirit ! rust thee uow.
