Estáte of Sarah Hubbard. STATE OF MICHIGAN, Couuty of Washteoaw, ss. Atasession of the Probate Court for the üouuty of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office, iu the city of Ann Arbor, ou Wednesday, the seeoud day of January, in the year oue thoussand eighthundred and seventy-eight. Present, William D. Harriman, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Sarah Hubbaid, incompetant. Noah W. Cheever, the guardián of said ward, comes into court and representa that he is now prepared to rendcr his annual account as such guardián. Tliereupon it is ordered, that Friday, the Iweutynfth day of January, inst., at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for exaininiug and allowing such account, and that the next of kin of said ward, and all other persons interested in saiii etate, are requtred to appear ata session of said court, then to be holden at the Probate Office in the 'Ci.ty of Aun Arbor, in said county, and show cause, if any therebe, why the said account should uot be ilowed : And it is further order'.d that said guardián give notice to the persone interested au swd estáte, of the pendeucy of said account, and the hearing thereof, by cauaing a copy of thia arder to bs published in the Michigan Argus, a newtjiaper printed and cireulating iu said couuty, three successive weeks previous to said dav o! hearing.
