Bob White mul somt worus with a strauger nanied Frank McNiel, about a trivial matter, whieli resulted in White's resuming the controveray the next day. White attempted to shoot MeNiel, who knooked him down, disaxmed him, and, u pon his begging for hia life, led him to the saloon and told him to go about his business. Cbarlie Rice, whum you also remember, shortly afterwards ORme into camp, and approaahing McNiel, to whom lie was nnknown, he emptied his six-tihooter iit him, five shtts taking effect ; death ensued in a few hours. The citizens turned out en ma ;ae to anest Üie murderer ; a flght eutaed, Kioewas badly wounded, but, refvrsiag to bubmit, wac hunged by the ueel: i'rom the lidgepole of the blooksmitK-shop, where h remaioed till next morning. In the meantime, White attempted to escape, but soon feil dead, ]ierced with bullets, - Letter frora Hackberry, Arizona.
