At a sosílion of the' Probate Court for-i'h County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the city of Aun Arbor. on Saturday, th second duy of February, in the ycar one thousani eight hundred and seventy-eight. Present, William D. Harriman, Judge of Probate Iü the matter of the estáte of FrcdWick Millei deceased. On reading and filing the petition, duly verified of George Miller, executor, praying that h raay be licensed to scll the real estáte whereo said deceased dled seized. Thereupon it is ordered, that Saturday, thi ninth day of March next, at ten o'clock ii the forenoon, be assignod for the hearing of sak petition, and that the deviseea, legatees, and heir; at law of said deceased, and all other persons in tori'sled in said estáte, are required to appear at i session of said court, then to oe holden at the Pro bate Office in the city of Ann Arbor, and shoy cause, íf any there be, why the prayer of the peti tioner should not be granted : And it is furthei ordered, that said petitioner give notice to the per sous interested in said estáte, of the pendency o: said petition and the hearing thcreof, by causing i copy of this order to be published ín the Michigar, Argus, a newspaper printed and circulated in saic county, four successive weeks previous tosaid daj of hearing.
