KkECTION NOTIC12. Shkkiff'ö Office, Wasiitknaw County, i Anx Aniïon, Míen., Feb, '20, 1878. t To the Elector s of IVashtenaw Vounty. Yon aro hereby notified that at the electiou to be held on the first Monday of April next, the l'ollowing Ameudments to the Constitution of this State are to be submiltod to the people of the State for their adoption or rejeetion, vix: Au Ameudmont to Section 12 of Article 6, reiative to the appointluent of Clerk of the Suprenie Court, as provided by Joint Kesolution No. 30, Lawá ol' 1877. Said seetion now reads as follows: "Sectíon 12. Tbe Clerk of each County organUsed tor judicial purposos, hhall be the Clerk of the Circuit Court of such Couuty, and of the Suprenie Court when held within the same." If the proposed Ainendnient be adopted, said sectinn will read as Ibllows: "Skction" 12. TtièJUstieesof the Bupreme Court shall appoint the Clerk of said Court, and the Clerk of each County organized for judicial surposes, shall be the C'lork of the Cjrcuit Court for such County. Also au Ameudnient to Section 7 of Article 16, reiative to corporations, as provided by Joint Resolution No. 03, Laws of 1877. Said Section now reads as follows: "Skctiox 7. The stockeolders of all corporations and joint stock associations, shall be individually Hable for all labor performed for such corporatiou or association." If the proposed Amenduient bc adopted, said Section will read as follows: "Skction 7. The stockholders in all corporations and joint stock associations shall be iudividually liable in an amouut equal to the par value of their respective shares which they own or have owned ia such corporations or associations for all labor done in behalf rf such.
