- Charles It. Whitman, Esq., ot' Ypsilauti, had a large audionce m Sunilay atteniooij, and made a telling speech. - The aiiniversaiy exercises of the Reform Club were ïnaugurated on Wednesday eveuiug, with the Opera House filled to lts utmost capacity. A full liistory of the year's work was read by Rev. R. B. Tope, a poem recited by Hon. D. Bethune Duífield, ol Detroit, and short addresses made by Me.ssrs. Duflield aud Rev. S. Haskell. The exercises were iuterspersed with good music. Rev. Mr. Haskell read the Scnpture lesson at the orgunization ot the club a year ago and also on Wednesrtay evening. Last evening Juróme Murray, of Toledo, gave the address, and Rev. T. F. Hildieth, ol Jackson will speak this eveuing; SatunUy evening, Prof. Dickie and Jushua W . Snui h ; Sunday afternoon. S. D.
