Thereupon it is onlered, that Tuesday, the rij teenth day of April next, at. teu o'cloek in the fore noon, bfl assigned for examiuing and alluwing sueh account, and tliat the heirs at law of said dticeased and all other persons inlerested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office in the city o Ann Arbor in said county, and show cause if any there be, why the said account should not be allowed : And it is further ordered that said administratorgive notice to the persons interested in said estáte, of the peudeucy of said account and the hearing thereof, by eausiriif a copy of this order to be published in the Michigan Argus, a newspaper printed and circulatingin said county, three succeasive wapks prevlous to said day of hearing. Present, William D. Harriman, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of F. Edward .Schneider, Loisa Josephin Bchneider, Margaret Schneider, and Theodore Schneider, minors. On readiug and öling the petition, duly verifled, of Dorothea Schneider, guardián, praying that she may be licensed to rnortgage certain real estáte belonging to said minors. Thereupon it is ordered, that Tuesday, the sixteenth day of April next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition, and that the next of kin oí aaid minors, and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a seseion of said court, then to be holden at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor, and show cause, if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted : And it is iurther ordered that said petitioner give notice to the persons interested in said estáte, of the pendenoy of said petition iind the hearing thereof, by caueing a copy of this order to be published, iü the Michigan Argus, a newspaper printed and circulated in said county, four succosbive weeka previous to eaid day of hearing. Peter Cook, administrator of said estáte, comes into court and represents that he is now prepared to render bis ünal account as such admiuhstrator, und asking to have his account heard and allowed, for an order ot distribution, and to be discharged with his boud.
