Another hen, belonging to thn ówner of the land, took poegession cA the nest anct Uatchod the eggs, Then the, two neigbbors got into a wranglo about the chickens. They were sold by No. 2 to a third party, whereupon No. I got out a writ of replevin, and tlie case was tried a few daya ago, with able counsel and many witnesses. The court decided that the hen that hatched the eggs was the legal mother, and distnissed the plevin
