Tho picture he drew of tle cirinking haljits of the men of Monroe Couiity, busiuees men and pohticiaus, was vivid, aud the changes whioh had beeu brought about by the reform moveinent were os vividly portrayed. So practical an illuatration of the prugress of the great work ia full of encouragemeut to the workore. - Prof. Olney and Chas. M. Jones addroaaed the Delhi Club last Sunday ovsuing. After the speakiug President Goodale was presentad with a fine gold badge, from Uie member of the club. - Col. C. N. Gouldiug, of Coluiubus, Ohio, late United States cousul at Hong Koug, Chino, will address the Reform Club at 3 o'clock next Suuday afternoou, at tha Opera House. R. E. Frazer tuldrcesed the Uu? City Reform Club last Suuday evening.
