Arimigements are being completed lor a big celebration in our city on the Fourth. The varioua committeea are hard st work, and success is what they mean. The procession will form at 10 o'clock, under the direction of Col. John L, Burleigh, Marshal of the day, as follows : First División- The State Mllitia, headed hy the Dexter Cornet Band and Company A Drum Corps, on East Liberty street, right resting on Fifth street. Second División- The City Fire Department, on East Washington street, right resting on Fifth street. Third División- Odd Fellows, Ann Arbor Arbeiter Verein, Ann Arbor Turn Verein, St, Thomas' Benevolent Society, St. Lawrence Benerolent Society, Aun Árbor Scheutzeubund, Common Council and invited guests, on Huron street, right resting on Fifth street. Fourth División - Fifty chariots repreaenting the different trades and business interests of Ann Arbor, headed by the Ann Arbor City Band, on Ann street, rigtit resting on Fifth street. The procession will more at 10:30 shaep, down Fifth street to North street, down North to Main, up Main to Paokard, up Fackard to Fifth, down Fifth to William, up William to State, down State to Huron, down Huron to Court House Square, where the Declaration of Independence will be read and speeches made by distinguished gentlemen of the State. - Hon. Z. Chandler m billed as the Fourth of July orator in this city. - The military companies will be uuder the commaud of Col. Withington, of Jackson, and in the afternoou will be reviewed by him. - The business houaes will be closed f rom 10 to 12 o'clock to afford the business men an opportunity to joiu the procession. - Ben. Joshn, of Ypsilanti, has been eugaged to make a balloon ascensión in this city on Fourth. - Several thousaud Toledo people are expectad to visit our city next Thursday- July 4, - Company B, of Adrián, comes to our city to aid iu celebrating the Fourth. The boys will be handsomely welcomed.
