DKFAULT having lieen made in the conditions of a certain mortgage made and executed by Gottlieb Schaible and Bertha Sehaible to Caleb Krause, and dated January the third, A. D. 1873, and reeorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Washtenaw County, State of Michigan, on the third day of January, A.
