Bngham since the orgamzation ol the Board, desires to cali the attentiou of the board to the fact of his resignation on account of contiuued illness, and to express our personal sympathy with him in the severo tjial which has separated from the great work of public health. Wherefore, Resolved, That the broad views and libeial education of Rev. Chas. H.
