DKFAULT having keen made in the conditious of a certain mortgage made and executed by Ciottlieb Schaible and Bertha Schaible to Caleb Krause, and dated January the third, A. D 1873 and recorded in the office ot the Register of Deeds of Washtenaw County, State of Michigan on the third day of January, A. D. 1873, in lioer 48 of mortgages, at pag 45, which mortgage waa duly assigued by said Caleb Krause to Caroline Krause, November 24, 187% as per assignment recorded in said Registert Office, in liber 4 of asaignments, at page 158, and was further assigned by said Caroline Krause to Henry Krause, as per assignment dated December 30, 1 -73, and recorded in said Register'a Offce, in liber 4 of assigmnents of mortgages, at page 182, and there being claimed to be due and unpaid ou said mortgage and the note accoinpanying the same at the date of this notice, the sum of eleven hundred and thirty-three dollars ($1133) also an attorney's fee of forty dollars as provided for in said mortgage, and no proceedings at law or in equity having been taken to collect the same or any part thereof: Now, therefore, notice is hereby given, that by virtue of the power of sale in said mortgage contaiued, and of the statute in such case made and provided, I shall, on Saturday THK TWENTY-EIOHTH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, A.
