Ata seasion of the Probate Court lor the Couuty of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the Cityof Ann Arbor, on Wednesday, the tweuty-fourth day of July, in the year one thousand eight hundred and seveuty-eight. Present, William D. Harrimau, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Frederiuk Milltr eceased. George Miller, executor of the last will and testaíentoí said deceased, comes into court and repreents that he is now prepared to ronder liis flnal ceouut as such executor. Thereupon it is ordered, that Saturday the seventeenth day of August next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for examiniog and allowing such account, and that the devisees, legatees and heirs at law of said deceased, and all other persons iuterested in said estáte, are required toappearat a session of said court, then to be holden at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor, in said county, and show cause, if any there be, why the said account should not be allowed: And it is further ordered that said executor give notice to the persons interested in said estáte, of the deucy of said account and the hearing thereof by causing a copy ot this order to be published in the Michigan Argus, a newspaper prlnted and circulating in said eounty, three successive weeks previons to said day of hearing.
