Troy Dye, public adniinistrator of Sacramentó oounfcy, lias made a full confession conceruiug the recent murder of a Mr. Tullis, on Grand island. He confesses to hiwing instigated tho murder for tho purposo of getting control of tbe estáte of the deceased. He iniplicates as the perpetrator of the deed, Edward Anderson, a Swcde, formerly in his employ, and another party, name not yet ascertained. Anderson has alto made a cont'ession, corroboratiug that of Dye. Anderson was to reeeive $G,000 for he job. They had irevionsly tiied to kill Tuliis by poison. They liad also discu8sed thc morder of othor citizens.
