Of the many atrooities coinmittod during the time the Oommunists held Paris, the most mischievous were those perpetrated by these lads. While the murders and incendiarismswere perpetrated by men during an altack of political íury, the assassinations committed by these boys were done solely ont of a spirit of eruelty and mischief. The Government, likiug to treat these lads as political crimináis, sent them to the reformatory at Rouen, and shortly afterward two eminent physicians were requested to visit them, and report on their mental and physical condition.
