Estáte of Isaac DeMill. STATE OF MICHIGAN, County of Washtenaw, as. At a sesm'on of the Probate Court for the County of Wunhtcnaw, holden at the Probate Office, in the city of Aon Arbor, on Saturday, the thirtieth day of November, in the vear one thoasnnd eight hundred and aeventy-eight. Present, Williain D. Harrimun, Judgeof Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Isaac DeMill, deceased. Myron Webb, executor of said estáte, comes into court and representa that he ia now prepared to render his final account as such executor. Thereupon it is ordered, that Tuesday, the seventh day of January next, at ten o'oloek in the forenoon, be aasigned for exatnining and allowing such account, and that the deviaees, legatees, and heirs at law of said deceased, and all other persons interested iu said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said court, then to be holden at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor in said county, and show cause, if any there be, why the said account should uot be allowed : And it ia furtbor ordered that said executor give uotice to the persona intereated in Baid estáte of the pendency of said account and the hearing thereof, by causmg a copy oí' thia order to be published in the Michigan Argus, a newspaper printed and circulating in said couuty, three succeasive weeks previous to aaid day of hearing. Tresent, William D.Harriman, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Daniel B. Kellogg, deceased. Levcrett B. Kellogg, administrator of said estáte, comes into court and representa that he is now prepared to render his ünal account as such administrator. WHEREAS, default having been made in tbe conditions of a certain mortgage bearing date the flfteeuth day of April, A. D. 1873, made and executed by Chauney H. Millen and Sarah M. Millen, his wife, oï the city of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, .Michigan, to Silas H. Douglas,of the same place, trustee of Marie L. Welles, and reeorded in the office of the Regieter of Deeds for Washtenaw County, on the tweltth day of February, A. D. 1876, in Liber 53 of mortgages, on page 174 ; and whereas, there is now due and unpaid upon said mortgage under the terms and conditions thereof the sum of two thousand one hundred and forty-six dollars and flfty-eight cents ($2,146.58), including an attorncy fee of twenty-flve dollars provided for in said mortgage in case auyproceedings be taken to foreclose the same ; and whereas, no suit or procteding at law or in equity has been instituted to recover the debt so due and Becured by said mortgage or any part thereof : Now, thereiore, notiee is hereby given that by virtue of the power of sale in said mortgage contained, and of the statutes of the State of Michigan in such cases made and provided, on Monday, the seventeenth day of February, A.
