An official certified oopy from the office of the Seoretary of State of Florida of the allidavit of James H. Paine, showing misconduct and violation of the law by Federal officials at the late elections in Diival county. that State. 2. A like-certified eopy of the afridavit of James M. Whittaker relating to the same subject, and to intimidation oí voters by armed iiepublicans. 3. A like-certified copy of au artidavit by 8. O. Tucker, proving that at the late election at Precinct No. 12, Allachua connty, the United States Supervisor of Eleetions, p. P. Gruelle, insibted that the ballots as they were cast shonld bo numbered to correspond with the numbor of each votor's name that appeared on the registration-list, and that in complianee with hfe dei mand the largev part of the baliots were so j numbered, and the secreey of the ballot thus i destroyed. 4. Witherspoon, County Judgo of Madieon eounty, in eaid Htate, showing hia illegal arrest and detention by the United States Commissioner and the Marshal in order to prevent the discharge of his duties as one of the Board of ('anvassers at the late election in said county. 5. Franeis (colored), citizen of Duval county, Fla. , and - momber of the Board of County CommissionerH of said county, proving intimidation practiced in that State "to prevent colored citizens from voting the Democratie ticket.
