Chas 8. Gregory, Dexter's banker, ( was in town Monday. -Misa Clara, daughter of Sheriff Case, was visiting in Manchester last week. - An attaek of pUurisy haa prevented po8tofiice clerk Buss from perforining his aocustomed duties the past week. Miss Jennie Moore and Mrs. J. G. English of Manchester were, acoording to the last issue of the village paper, dangerously ill. We regret to announoe that the Michigan Central Railroad Agent, James Schultz, Esq., has been oalled to take the same position at Ann Arbor. - Albion Mirror. - Representativo Bobison attended and was made a delégate from this county to the annual meeting of Associated Agricultural Societies held in Lansing last week. - Senator Childs was, at the meeting of the executive committee of the State Agrioultural Society hald in Lansing last week, appointed a oommittee unto himself of "Miscellaneous." - Prof. A. Winohell of Ann Arbor, will lecture noxt Monday night at Williamston on "The Lifetime of a World." Br. Winchell is one of the most learned 8cientists and one of the profonndest thinkers of the day. Hii lecture will be a rare treat.-
