Feloh, by publishing his addresa at the capitol dedioation. - Misa Lillian Thompson, daughter of John I. Thompson of Milwaukee, is a guest of her unole, Mr. H. C. Waldron of this city. - Mr8. O. B. Lawrence, widow of tbe ate Judge Wolcott Lawrence of Monroe, and mother of Mrs. A. Feloh of this city, died on the 17th inst., at Monroe. - Ashley Pond, brother of tho late editor and publisher of the AROUS, was re-elected president of the Detroit Bar liibrary Association at an annual meetng held on Monday. - At a meeting of Grand Chapter R. A. M., in Jackson last week, froin difèrent portions of the State, Mr. B. F. Vatts of Ann Arbor was elected G. M. st V. of the Grand Chapter of the State of Michigan. - It is a singular coincidonce that Mr. Newton Sheldon, Secretary of the Wash;enaw Mutual Fire Insurance Company, was born upon the same day of the monta and year and in the sane county where the late Calvin Fillmore flrst saw he light of day.
