The Democratie State Central Committee bas appointed Friday, the 28th day of February, 1879, at 2 o'clock p. mm as the time, and the Upe ra House, Lansing, as the place for holding a Democratie State Convention for the purpose of nominating a cundidate for Justice of the öupreme Court and two candidate for Regenta of the University. Eaeh County wiU be entitled to four delegates for each representativo to which, under the Iaat appoitionment, it is entitled in the lower branch of the Legialature; and each unorganized County to at least two delegates.
