By his wilj, whioh was oüered for probate in Brooklyn yesterday, Mr. Bngham disposes of $50,000 He givea his body to tho First Con -re ' gational Church and Society of Taunton, Masa., to be buried in theirchurchyard, and with it ho gives $1,000 of which $800 is to bo used for a suitable monument for him, and $200 to keep the monument in repair. Tho smal] gold watch whioh his mother gave him m 1835 he givos to his brothor, Lucien f. Bngharn, and the largo gold watch which the Unitarian Society of Taunton, Mass., whoso pastor he once w gave him, ho givea to C. E. Maxwell! His books and parnphlets he gives to the rheological School in Muiidville, Pa [ His manuscripts, sormons, Iectures and letters he gives to tho Eov. A. A Liverraore and the Rev. E. B. Wilson, in trust to select and prepare for publication such as thpy ruay think worthy, and he gives $500 to eaoh of them for their services. To the American Unitarian Association he gives the silver plate commumon ware given him by members of tho First Congregational Society ot iaunton, and to that society he gives the marblo font which its rnombers pre sented to him in 18G7, Ho gives Mrs JMartha E.
