Jerushn Noyes (formerly McCormick), the guardián of suid wards comes into court and representa that she is now prepared to render l.er final ,-iccount as such guardián. 1 hereupon ït íb ordered, that Tuesday, the first day of April, next, at ten o'clook in the forenoon, be nssigned for examining nnd allowing such account, nnd thnt the next of kin of said ward, and all other persons interested in said estatel are reqmred to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, in said county, and show cause, if any tliere bo, wliy the snid account should not be alloived : And it is further ordered that said R-uardian giye notice to the persons interested in said estáte, of the pondency of said account and the hearing thereof, by causing n copy of this order to be pubhahed in the MlCHISAH Argus, a newspaper printed and circulating in said connty, three succeasive weeks previous to said day of hearing.
