TuuasDAY, March 20. In the case of Alexander Soulier vs. J. B. Bissell.the plaiatiff recovereddamages in $500. Hiram Hewes recovers a judgment of $364.65 besides costs against Franklin D. Cunimings. Win. Merkle, administrator of the es tate of John Jacob Merkle, deceased, vs. Frederick Mensing.recovereda judgment of $533.33 and costs. Fkiday, March 21. Case of appeal of Kalaniazoo College froru the Probate court, is continued on condition costs of term and attorney fee of 5 is paid. John McCafferty recovers judgment in 117.79 against Nelson Booth. John, Kyan recovers judgment of $8 and costs against Nelson Booth. Moxday, March 24. Arthur S. Congdon vs. Thomas Taylor. An action to recover goods sold and delivered, consisting of a clover huiler. 149 studeuts were adinitted on motion of Mr. R. E. Frazer. James L. Wheolook against LymanB. Wood and Darius 8. Wood. Judgment by default of $723.40. TUESDA.Y, March 25. Court charged the jury in case of Cougdon vs. Taylor and jury retired. Final judgraent was rendered in case of Eaton vs. Day, and also in case of Hewes vs. Cumuiings. Court adjourned to 2 p. m., to give the room to convention purposes. Court met at 4 p. ar. Verdict of jury in case of Congdon vs. Taylor awarded $80.60 to plaiutiff. Jurymen save one was discharged the exceptien until Tuesday. Weduesday, March 26. Court met and adjournod until 3 p.si. at which hour three more students wero admitted. It then adjourned to Tuesday next.
