1. Holding proporty in a district does not give to a non-resident the rights of a voter at district meetings in such district. 2. A director or moderator, refusing to sign or countersign orden legally drawn for legal purposes, may be removed froin office by the township board (sec. i:iü, school law.) 3. The law requiring the payment of the instituto fee by a teacher at the tune of obtaining a certifícate provides that such fee shall not be paul more than once in any school year. The school yearbegins witb the first Monday of September, consequently a fee paid previous to the fust Monday of September will not exernpt a teacher from paying at an examination held after that day, although 12 months may not have expiredsince theprecedi ig payment of the fee.
