Ciielsea, April 16. - The Chelsea cornet band gives t concert to-night to raiso monoy to parchase uniforms with, and will nodonbi have a good house. - "Work will probably begin nexi week on the cellar walls of the now hotel building aa the cellar is now done. - It will be pushed to complet ion as goon as possible. -Mr. Albert Richards and Miss "Willetta Yocum both of this village were married in the presence of a large congregation last Sunday night at the congregational church by Rev. Thomas Holmes. They have the well wishes of many friends in their new relation. -Mr. F. F. Tucker whohaslived near here many years removed last week with his family to Wichita, Kansas, where he has a brother in business, and where he expects to make his future home. The well wishes of many friends go with him. -E. C. Fuller and O. W. Moore the barbers of this placĂ­ got into an altercation last Mondayover a remonstrance against the village board passing an dinance to close barber shops and other business housos on Sunday, which come to blows and finally Fuller drow a revolver and snapped it twice at Mr. Moore but fortunately it failed to go off and no one was hurt. It was a close cali and croated great exciteraent forawhile. -Mr. W. H. Jewett of Ypsilanti, established a Lodge ot' the Ancient Order of United Workuien hero last Tut-sday night.
