DEFAULT HAVING HEEN MADE TN THE conditions of a certain mortgage bearing date the eleventh day of July, one thousand eitrht hundred and sevonty-six, made and oxecuted by Chariei Gwinuer and Elizabeth Gwinner, his wife, both of the village of Manchester, Washtenaw County, Michigan, as mortgiigors, to John Conrad Binder, of the township of lïridgewater, county of Washtenaw and State of Michigan as mortsagee, and recordcd on tho twenty firat day of August, A. D. 1876, at "14 p m., in liber 51 of mortgages, on page 691, in the lHce of the Iiegister of Deeds for the wjunty of Washtenaw, Michigan, and more than sixty days having elapsed since default was made in the payment of interest and principal due thereby according to the terms of s:iid mort gage aud the note accoinpanying the same, giving the mortgagee the right to elect that the wbole sum of principal and interest should be due and owing at once, and the said mortagee having so made his election and there heini elaimed to be due on said mortgage and the note aforementioned at the date of this notice the sum of nine hundred and two dollars, and no proceediug at law or in equity having been instituted to recover the same or any pari thereof: Notice is therefore hereby given, that by Tirtue of a power ot sale in said morbgage contaiced. and of the statute in such cases made and provided, I shall sell at public auction or vendue, to the highest bidder, on Saturday, the TwkntySixth day of Jüly, A. It being expressly hereby intended by the partiesof the first part that this inortgage is to cover their entire interest under the lust mentioned three deeds.
