King, defendants. ín pursuance and by virtue of a decree of said court made and entered by said court. in the above entitled canse on the '24th day of January. A. D. 1879. Notice ís hereby given that I shall sell at public auction to the hiühest bidder, on Monday, the Twenty-íixth daï of May, A. D. 1879, at ten o'clock in theforenoon. at the east front door of the Court House in the city of Ann Arbor, county of Washtenaw and State of Michigan, the following described real estáte, being the same ment ioned and described in said decree, to wit : All that certam tract or parcel of land sitúate and bcing in the township ot Northtteld, county of Washtenaw and State of Michigan, and described as follows, to wit : Being the north half of the uortheast quarter of sectiou number sixteen in fwnship one south range six east, accordingto the United States,survey containing e'ighty aeres of land.
