Eiver Eaisin, June 24. - Mr. Watson who ha8 been very ill for some time past is again able to be out. - Mrs. L. Randall who, as mentioned in the Argus, has been paralyzed so long is quite smart for go oíd a person. - On Saturday three tramps stopped at the farm of H. C. Calhoun, and finding no one at home but a young girl dernandfiri something to eat, and not being satisfied with the fare offered, thought to frighten the girl, but she drove them from the place. -On Thursday of last week Mr. and Mrs. D. W. Palmer started for Brooklyn. When opposite the residenoe of Richard Green of Manchester, the fastenings of the seat in whieh they were riding gave way and they were thrown over the end board, striking on the hard road, and injuring them both severely. Through the kindness of Mr. and Mrs. Green they were placed in the carriage and taken to their destination, where they are unable to be moved.
