Paint Ceeek, July 28. - Miss Sarah Bolan of Detroit is visiting her friend Miss Mary Duggan of this place. - Mr. León D. Brown leaves next week for Minnesota where he is to take charge of a graded school. We wish Mr. Brown success. - Paint Creek was not very well represen ted at the M. E. social held at Mr. Sterling's last Friday evening. Those who ware in attendance came home well pleastd with the entertainment. - D. A. Hammond, principal of the Bliseüeld school, is spendinghis vaoation with his parents at this place. Mr. Hammond has given good satisfaction, and will occupy the same position during the coming year with increased salary. - A few weeks ago Mr. George W.
