OyThe Pontiac Jackaonian says that Mr. Truesdail has been held to bail in '$5,000 for his appearance at the next criminal court to answer to the charge of fraudulently transfering tho assets of the Oakland County Bank, in violation of a law of 1842. Samuel Sherwood, Geo. Vy. Rogers,H. II. Dunckleeand E.Martin, Directors, and N. Rawson, Cashier. were held lo answer the same charge, in bail of 8i,000 each.
