New Ann Arbor Police - Two new police officers have been added to the ranks of the Ann Arbor Police Department bringing total strength of the force to within five of its allotted 69-member quota. They are Robert O. Webber, 23, of Gobles, Mich. (left), and Wayne R. Schulze, 24, of Tecumseh. Both are ex-servicemen and have had former police duty; Webber as a member of the Army's military police force and Schulze with the Tecumseh Police Department.
