Wife Of Businessman Dies At Her Home
Mrs. Alvina A. Miller, 54, wife of Garland Miller, owner and operator of Miller-Jahnke Motors, died last night at her home at 2782 Wagner Ct., Scio township, following a long illness.
Mrs. Miller was born on May 23, 1904, in Livingston county, a daughter of Peter and Olga Ludtke Euler.
She was a member of the first graduate nursing class of Henry Ford Hospital at Detroit.
Mrs. Miller was a member of the Grace Lutheran Church of Howell.
On Oct. 5, 1929, she married Mr. Miller. He survives.
Other survivors include four sisters, Frieda Euler and Mrs. Edward Mass, both of Howell, Mrs. Donald McKeon of Fenton and Mrs. Arlington Newman of Milford; a brother, George Euler of Howell; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday at the Muehlig Chapel with the Rev. William J. Black officiating. Burial will be held at Bethlehem Cemetery.
