SHELTER TAKES FORM: The shelter at Veterans Memorial Park is taking on form as workmen installed rafters and began raising the roof this week. Cost of the shelter is $36,937, which includes the laying of a water line from Maple Rd. The architectural firm of Wong and Chance designed the building while the Don Butcher Building Co. is doing construction work. Builders estimate the shelter will be completed the last week in November.
