Willard L. Priddy, 63, Ann Arbor grocer, died suddenly yesterday at his home at 1006 Myron Ct.
He was born June 4, 1885, in Whitley county, Indiana. Mr. Priddy had been a resident of Ann Arbor for the past 35 years and owned the grocery store at 702 Dewey Ave. He was a member of Elks Lodge.
He is survived by his wife, Laura; two daughters, Mrs. M. H. Howard of Phoenix, Ariz., and Mrs. H. L. Bassett of Ann Arbor; three grandsons, Cpl. Lionel Gillespie, who is serving with the 11th Airborne Division in Japan, and Charles and James Howard, sons of Mrs. M. H. Howard of Phoenix; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral arrangements have not been completed. Friends may call at the Staffan-Hildinger Funeral Home after 1 o'clock tomorrow afternoon.
