Mrs. Alla Mae Truax died last night at the home of her daughter. Mrs. William L. McClure, of 1404 E. Stadium Blvd. She had been residing here for the past three months.
Mrs. Truax was born on Feb. 14, 1880, in Chelsea and was the widow of William H. Truax.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 Friday afternoon in the United Church, Big Rapids, with Dr. J. V. Roth officiating. Burial will be in Highland View Cemetery, Big Rapids.
Friends may call at the Hall Funeral Home there from Thursday noon until time of the services.
