Mrs. Louisa Niethammer, 80, widow of William Niethammer and a resident of Ann Arbor for 56 years, died yesterday at her home at 509 North Main St., after an illness of several months. She was born July 27, 1854, in LaPorte, Ind. Mr. Niethammer died in January, 1929. She was a member of the Zion Lutheran church.

She is survived by three daughters, Miss Rosa Niethammer, Mrs. James Blythman of Ann Arbor and Mrs. Floyd Jimison of Los Angeles, Calif.; two sons, Theodore of Porterville, Calif., and William of Ann Arbor; two nephews, Theodore and Henry Backus, Ann Arbor, and 10 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2 o’clock Monday afternoon at the Muehlig chapel. Rev. E. C. Stellhorn will officiate. Burial will be in Forest Hill cemetery. Friends may call at the chapel.
