Age 63, passed away Wednesday, October 3, 1979, at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital. She was born July 19, 1916 in San Diego, California, the daughter of George B. and Lucille Chambers Huntington. Mrs. Beuhler had been a resident of Ann Arbor most of her life. On January 6, 1940 she married Robert J. Beuhler. Mrs. Beuhler was a member of the First Presbyterian Church and was a deacon of the First Presbyterian Church of Menominee, Michigan. She had attended Oberlin College and had graduated from the University of Michigan in 1939. Mrs. Beuhler was a member of Alpha Phi Sorority; a member of the Thrift Shop; and a member of the Conger Group. Survivors include: her husband; one son, Robert J., Jr. of Patchoque, New York; one daughter, Laurie Ann of Ann Arbor; one brother, George B. Huntington, Jr. of Lauderdale by the Sea Florida; three grandchildren, Michael, Christopher, and John David; one niece and four nephews. Memorial services will be held at 4:30 p.m. Friday, October 5, at the First Presbyterian Church with Rev. Carl Geider officiating. The body has been cremated. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
