Charles E. Stoll
Restaurant Employe Dies While At Work
Charles E. Stoll, 63, died Sunday while at work in Metzger’s Restaurant where he had been employed for the past year. He lived at 335 E. Ann St.
Mr. Stoll was born here April 9, 1893, the son of Adam and Clara Miller Stoll. Before working at Metzger’s he had been employed at the city treasurer’s office and for the State Highway Department.
He was a veteran of World War I and belonged to the American Legion.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Earl M. Matthews of Toledo; a grandson, and a brother, Adam Stoll of Ann Arbor.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday at the Muehlig Chapel, the Rev. Richard I. Preis officiating. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery. Friends may call at the chapel.
