90th Anniversary Occasion Of Party
Mrs. Caroline Tessmer, whose husband, the late Charles Tessmer, was widely known Ann Arbor building contractor, celebrated her ninetieth birthday anniversary Sunday with a family dinner at her home at 921 Packard St.
A native of Germany, she came to this country and to Ann Arbor in 1867, and has lived here since. She has six sons and daughters, Mrs. Emma Clancy, Mrs. Charles Schroeter, Edward, Albert and Oscar Tessmer of this city and Mrs. Caroline Duffy of Detroit; and 11 grandchildren.
