Former Milan Area Man Dies In Indiana
MILAN - William Farrar, 51, a former resident of the Milan area, died Saturday at Terre Haute, Ind. He was born Jan. 1, 1904, in Scopus, Mo., a son of William R. and Louisa Robertson Farrar.
Mr. Farrar, who was employed by the Bell Telephone Co. at Terre Haute, is survived by a brother, Roland of Cone, Mich., and a sister, Mrs. Ivah Warren of Amarillo, Tex.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Stevens & Bush Funeral Home here, with the Rev. E. C. Stringer of Ann Arbor officiating. Burial will be in Rice Cemetery near here. Friends may call at the funeral home.
