President's Ball May Aid Them To Health: Youngsters who wear braces and ride in wheel chairs can play with dolls and toys as well as those who haven't had infantile paralysis. Teaching victims of infantile paralysis to be happy in spite of their handicaps is a major part of the work at the University hospital, where these children were photographed. The University has been granted $2,000 for research in the disease by the National Foundation for Infantile Paralysis, funds for which are raised by the President's birthday balls.
